Smith for use of Hitchcock and Hitchcock v. Cheney: Defendant was demanded three times to defend suit, but defaulted. Plaintiff recovered against defendant for use of Hitchcock & Hitchcock a sum of $213.92 damages plus court costs of $9.79. The defendant was ordered to pay his own costs of $0.76. Execution was issued.
