Joseph Smith issued a warrant against Robert D. Foster for slandering Willard Richards. The next day, Foster accused Joseph "with many crimes and said that Daniteism was in Nauvoo." Joseph tried to settle, but when Foster refused, Joseph "shook his garments" against Foster.
