State v. Colton: Andrew Colton (arrested on charge of perjury) appeared on a habeas corpus petition in the Nauvoo Municipal Court claiming that Colton was refused the right to move to another court for a "legal impartial & just examination," and was required to give $200 bail to appear at the Hancock Co. Circuit Court. Execution for $15.03¾ costs.
