Nauvoo City Ordinances: Called for the election of a Notary Public for the City of Nauvoo. Legalized the immediate killing of any animal or dog that may be rabid, and established a one thousand dollar fine against the owner of a rabid animal. Gave authority to the Municipal court to issue writs of attachment against persons who may commit a contempt of the court.
